Appointa started because we needed it. We run a business with a lot of scheduling and got tired of the constant back and forth: missed calls, last-minute cancellations, empty slots that should have been filled. We're a small team of engineers building Appointa to solve that for ourselves, and now we're opening it up to others with the same problem.
